Traa joined Fickett Structural Solutions in 2017.  He serves as an assistant inspector on bridge and ancillary structure inspection projects for various Department of Transportation agencies throughout the country, including Wisconsin, Minnesota and Montana. Traa has been involved in Initial, Routine, Fracture Critical and In-depth Inspections.  Traa is also a rope access technician through the Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT) and a Certified Weld Inspector (CWI).
