Lonnie Anderson is our longest standing employee at Fickett.  He is a certified welding inspector (CWI) and Level II nondestructive testing (NDT) specialist and serves as the Technical Manager for our NDT personnel.  Lonnie has over twenty years of experience in structural steel welding, fabrication, and inspection. Lonnie is a lead inspector for shop fabrication and on-site inspection of steel connections performing visual inspections, ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), as well as shear stud, metal deck weld, and bolt tension inspections. Lonnie also develops and performs the review and approval of weld procedure qualification records (PQR), weld procedure specifications (WPS), and welder qualifications.
