Brian joined Fickett Structural Solutions in May 2010. His engineering experience includes the inspection of thousands of bridges, buildings, and ancillary structures throughout Wisconsin and the upper Midwest. As a Senior Project Manager for Fickett, Brian’s responsibilities include managing complex multi-year contracts and work orders for some of Fickett’s most valuable clients. He provides regular updates to clients on project progress, verifies the successful completion of a scope of work, and ensures compliance with state and federal requirements. Brian also serves as our Office Operations Manager where he is responsible for developing, documenting and implementing company policies, procedures, and standards while promoting activities that enhance operational efficiency. Brian is a certified instructor for several National Highway Institute (NHI) courses and has previously been awarded the instructor of excellence award by NHI.
