Our president and CEO, Andy Fickett, is a notorious bookworm. It’s become an in-joke among the Fickett team that, in any company communication—be it a casual chat or a State of the Company message—Andy will almost always have a new book to recommend. An in-person visit from Andy may coincide with a visit from “the book fairy”—new tomes will mysteriously appear, sometimes with helpful bookmarks to sections that might be of interest!
So, it should come as no surprise that Andy found the perfect articulation of our values in one of his favorite books: The Ideal Team Player: How to Recognize and Cultivate The Three Essential Virtues by Patrick M. Lencioni.
